Polaris Golf World Rentals was formed in 2007 by Marie Wronko. Polaris Golf World Rentals solely concentrates on the Polaris World area of Murcia, Spain.

The agent that co-ordinates the meet and greets and gets the apartments and villas ready for your arrival actually lives on Elle Valle Polaris Golf World Resort.

Marie spends most of her time in Dubai now hence all the property management is done in Dubai, she has a good team of people working with her and has a wealth of experience in the property market both purchasing, owning and renting properties in the following Countries United Kingdom, Mainland Spain, the Island of Tenerife, Dubai - the world renowned Palm Jumeirah.

Marie Wronko truly believes that Polaris World is a terrific product, with Elle Valle being "the jewel in the crown" of all the Polaris World Golf Resorts in Murcia Spain.

Marie has always been in the property business and believes location is paramount, she says for good holiday rentals and achieving repeat business you have either to be front line beach, right next to the sea or on a signature Golf Course with a name like Jack Nicklaus designing and endorsing the courses.

Marie personally owns many properties on Polaris World, some long term lets and some short term holiday lets, The company has grown organically by homeowners of Polaris World being intrigued by how Marie continually keeps the short term holiday apartments fully occupied, so slowly slowly Marie has allowed other home owners to join her website and advertise their properties – they have been pleasantly pleased with the type of clientele they have had staying in their apartments. All other home owners properties have been personally vetted and have excellent standards for holiday rentals.

We get a lot of repeat bookings so we must be doing something good. It is very satisfying when clients have holidayed in say Dubai and then they ask to go to another destination, they say that they feel safe in booking as the standards are so good in the accommodation.
